Most purchases from webshops are related to the law ’Buying from distance’. The right for returning your product is only applied to products that are not custom. Since all our products in our webshop are custom, it’s not possible to return them. All pur products are getting produced on request from our customers (own titles and own photos). This is why most of our products are excluded from the law ‘Buying from distance’ and are excluded from the right to return.

For the other products (for example accessories) there is a right to return, but there is a cooling-off period of 14 days.

The product has to be returned in unused condition and original state to momentframe.nl. The costs of returning the product belong to the customer. Momentframe.nl will refund the amount of purchase within 7 days. Consult our terms of services for more information.
